David Fine – Medical Malpractice Lawyer

David has been handling medical malpractice cases since his 20′s and has amassed experience in vast areas of malpractice law including surgical errors, misdiagnosis, failure to diagnose, and nursing home abuse cases.  He strongly believes that medical malpractice cases must be handled aggressively and prides himself on keeping the client informed each step of the way.  David has worked with countless doctors and experts from UCLA to Harvard medical schools.  In particular, David believes that the first step in a medical malpractice case is to quickly obtain the necessary medical records and locate an expert who will best serve his client.  Even of this means traveling out-of-state, it is an approach that has resulted in numerous successful medical malpractice outcomes.

After being born and raised in Albuquerque, David obtained his BA from Vassar College and returned to the University of New Mexico School of Law for his JD.  He is a member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers, the American Association of Justice, and the American Trial Lawyers Association.  David regularly lectures members of the New Mexico Bar on matters of personal injury and medical malpractice law.  He has been a guest lecturer at the University of New Mexico School of Law regarding civil procedure, evidence, and trial presentation.
